Innovative performance sport clothing without any seams
a new generation of “seamless garments”.
Conventional, already existing, seamless apparel in
the market is produced by knitting a tube. With this method,
however, unlike INFINITO® patent, the knitted tube
produced to make a pant has to be cut and the two legs need to be closed via seams. The gusset also needs to be sewn in with seams. In the same way, also for a long-sleeve shirt , you need first to knit a tube and then cut it. The arm-part needs to be cut out and then needs to be sewn in.
Therefore the currently existing and so called “seamless” garments are not “seamless” as they do have seams..
The new INFINITO® “real” seamless sport garments don’t have any seams : they are “really seamless”
With this new patented knitting technique each knitting row is secured on its own.
Allowing:
- A fabric that does not fringe and avoid run formation.
- The possibility “to create your own style” personalizing the garment following your needs, since INFINITO® clothing can be cut at every level without any fringing problem.
Lightness
Discover le lightness of INFINITO® skin fusion (ISF): the lightest yarn existing in nature.
This innovative polyolefin fibre is even lighter that water, on which it floats, and gives to garments, when compared to similar materials, a pleasant sense of lightness.
Comfort
With INFINITO® Skin Fusion (ISF) you can enjoy a warm and dry body and a delightful sense of well-being.
Thanks to its high surface tension, water, humidity and perspiration are drawn away from the fabric and are able to evaporate quickly or be absorbed by other compatible fibres like cotton.
Its unique insulating power, even greater than wool, maintains the body’s natural temperature and protects it from eat and cold.
Hygienic qualities
No more bad odours after intense physical activity. INFINITO® Skin Fusion (ISF) does not undergo changes when attacked by bacteria, mildew, moths or other micro-organisms.
It does not absorb stains, so they can be easily removed with an ordinary detergent. Even turpentine, acetone or other aggressive solvents cannot damage the fabric.
it does not become electrostatic and does not attract atmospheric dust.
It does not provoke any type of allergic reaction.
Resistance
Skin Fusion is graze-resistant with performances comparable to nylon and much higher than other synthetic or natural fibres.
It is not affected by the unsightly pilling caused by rubbing.
It is more tear resistant compared to natural fibres and can be exposed to sun and heat for long periods without being affected in any way.
It can be machine-washed up to 90° C.; its colour fastness, obtained with mass dyeing procedures, is remarkable, even after frequent washings, rubbings, immersions in sea water or on contact with high-concentrated solvents.
The fit is extremely stable, less than 2% alteration even after many washes.
Skin Fusion , thanks to its self- extinguishing property, is suitable for certain applications in presence of fire.
THREE LAYERS SYSTEM (TRIPLE)
When you start sweating the drops of sweat run into the first layer of material, are absorbed and passed on to the second layer above. From this layer they are now sent directly to the outside of the third layer in order to evaporate
Therefore this will keep your body always fresh and dry.
HOLLOW POLYAMIDE FIBRE
Hollow polyamide fibre is an INFINITO® exclusivity.
It allows the production of either lighter fabrics (25-30% less than standard polyamide) with the same thickness or more insulating and protective fabrics (25% more than standard PA) with the same weight.
Skinlife is bacteriostatic.
A fabric which maintains a natural balance on the skin,
regardless of activity level.The human skin normally has
bacteria presence. A high level of bacteria, as well as a
complete absence, creates various problems
(allergy, odour, illness etc.).
Skinlife is not a bactericide: it does not decrease the bacteria
level lower than what is normally present on the skin.
Skinlife is antistatic
Among all the elements silver is the one provided with the highest values of electrical conductivity. This characteristic allows to dissipate instantly the annoying electrostatic charges.
Skinlife is irradiating and reflecting
Regulates the body temperature thank to his irradiating (what consists in keeping the heat generated by the human body) and reflecting power (uniform distribution of the human heat toward the outside).
Skinlife is anti-odour
The bacteria are only one of the causes of smells emanated by the human body. Also ammonia and danatured proteins contribute to their formation and it’s here that the silver intervenes forming chemical ties such to reduce smells.
Skinlife is permanent
The silver fibre is tied to a polymer in an irreversible way so that to physically become a whole with the fibre. This guarantees a long time duration of its anti- microbic function.
Skinlife has an anti-humidity effect
It accelerates humidity movement through evaporation, consequently it decreases from the skin.
